Great Venue for Family Gatherings

Attended a delightful lunch event with my family. The staff truly stood out with their friendliness and attentiveness. My daughter, usually shy, felt welcomed and engaged. The food was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Looking forward to my wedding here next year!

This hotel perfectly suits my needs with free Wi-Fi, a fantastic restaurant, indoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. Staff were amazing, especially when they helped serve my elderly parents during my first stay. Highly recommend!

A relaxing stay with great food

Had a lovely night away, the food was top-notch, especially the breakfast! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The vibe was really chill, but we were bummed when the steam room was closed at the spa. The room was cozy, though, so that made up for it a bit!

The spa facilities were excellent while the internet connection was poor in the room.

Beautiful grounds, rooms unusual

The family room was spacious with a double bed and a single bed, and it had a nice seating area. Loved the swimming pool area! The spa facilities include a hot tub and a sauna. Breakfast had freshly made quality sausages but missed some traditional items like black pudding.

The hotel's stunning surroundings with tall trees and serene lakes made for a beautiful retreat. The accessibility features were well thought out, making it easy for seniors like myself to navigate comfortably around the premises.

More signage would enhance navigation for seniors.

The breakfast in the restaurant was quite nice actually. Fresh ingredients cooked just right and it felt like a real treat to kickstart the day.

The location was stunning, surrounded by beautiful grounds that added a peaceful vibe to my stay. Breakfast had a good variety, but the buffet style didn't meet my preference for freshly cooked options. One downside was the noise from other guests coming back late at night, which affected my rest. I also encountered issues with the hot water in the morning, which was quite inconvenient. The service at reception didn't seem very concerned when I mentioned these problems. It felt somewhat dismissive, which left a bad impression after an otherwise enjoyable stay.

The leisure center offers decent facilities, including a swimming pool and treatment rooms. The ground floor room features useful amenities like an iron, ironing board, and a kettle, making it practical for a quick stay.

Dining experiences fell short with long waits for meals, and not all dining options are available between breakfast and lunch hours. The general decor is dated, and some room features, like the limited plug sockets and dusty surfaces, might not meet expectations for a higher-end stay. The spa wasn't quite up to par as the temperature in areas felt chilly, leaving a rather uncomfortable aftertaste during the visit.

The spa facilities were great, and we loved the hydrotherapy pool. Enjoyed relaxing treatments that left us rejuvenated.

Comfortable room, enjoyable breakfast, given the nice selection of options including fresh pastries and free-range eggs, and the location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions.
